According to the provisions of the Polish Act of August 29th, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of October 29, 1997, No. 133, item 883, with further amendments) and the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), we would like to kindly inform you that the controller of your personal data is Neobrit Limited, with its registered seat in: 464 Edgware Road, London, W2 1AH in the United Kingdom, Polish branch: 05-410 Józefów, Sadowa 14 Street.

Your personal data mentioned in the Polish Labour Code of April 13th, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, with further amendments) or in other particular polish Acts are processed on the basis of legal binding regulations in force and giving us such personal data is necessary if you wish to participate in the recruitment process. The remaining part of your personal data (such as, i.e. your image) is processed by us on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you have given us while sending us your recruitment application. Giving us such personal data will not impact the possibility of participation in the recruitment process.

We can process your personal data contained in the recruitment application also for purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending claims, if these claims are concerning the recruitment process conducted by us. In such cases, we will process your personal data for purposes of our legitimate interests, consisting in establishing, pursuing or defending claims in proceedings before courts and/or state agencies.
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to receive from us their copy, to rectify your personal data, to demand from us their erasure, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, object the processing of your personal data as well as to transfer your personal data (for the processing of which you have given us your consent) to another controller. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office). You also have the right to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data, however, such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on such consent before its withdrawal.

We process your personal data for recruitment purposes, conducted for positions mentioned in the notice, for a period of time no longer than until the day of closing the recruitment process for a given position, and in situations where you have given us your consent to participate in future recruitment processes, no longer than during 12 months. Furthermore, we can process your personal data for purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending claims related to the recruitment process, for a period of time no longer than, accordingly, till the day of closure of the recruitment process for a given position or during 12 months, counted from the day in which you have given us the consent for processing your personal data, irrespective of the form in which you gave us your consent. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

If you wish to give us your personal data, which exceed the catalogue mentioned in Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code (these are following personal data: your first name(s), family name, your parent’s first names, your date of birth, your home address or your mailing address, your education as well as the course of your previous employment), we would kindly ask you to tick the chosen checkboxes below.
